Adventure 4×4 Acadamy offers training courses for most 4×4 vehicles,  in Gauteng and the Eastern Cape. Courses include theory and practical driving. Theory covers vehicle operation, stall starts, suspension and drive train systems, how to use diff locks, water crossings, ascends and descents, conquering obstacles, safety and recovery equipment. Practical include various terrain conditions.

The Hennops Offroad Trail is situated near the Hennops River and is a 10 minutes drive from the Hartbeespoort Dam in Gauteng. The farm offers an exciting 4×4 trail, mountain bike trail, hiking trail,  picnic spot, and accommodation in a Farmhouse and Garden Cottage.

Hennops Offroad Trail:

• Self-drive trail that is about 9km long.
• Takes about 2-3 hours to complete the trail.
• 2 Grading – low-range required, but suitable for first timers.
• 4 Grading – technical trail for the experienced drivers.
• Detour possible should you wish to avoid an obstacle.
• Obstacles – axle twisters, rocky climbs, declines, dongas and mud-holes.
