Vat 4 Safaris training starts with a theoretical session covering suspension and transmission set-ups, body and chassis designs, engines and the environment. Safety is very important, like correct following distances, entering obstacles, reading the correct line and momentum versus speed and traction.
Vat 4 Safaris Training:
- Level 1 – basic introductory course for the beginner or first time owner.
- Level 2 – advanced course with more difficult obstacles and in depth recovery techniques.
- Level 3 – advanced sand driving course in southern Mozambique, held over a long weekend, from Thursday to Sunday.
- Certificates are issued on completion of each course (recognized by most major insurance companies).
