Elandsheuwel Guest Farm is situated along the R329, near Steytlerville in the Karoo, and it is the ideal stopover when travelling from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth.
The farm consists of typical Karoo bushveld that is fairly open and gently rolling country, with the northern part of the farm that lies in the Groot River mountain range, which is ideal for hikes, rock climbing and beautiful views. There are tracks suitable for 4×4, quad bikes or mountain bikes, which will take you through all the different types of terrain on the farm.

Ferndale is an active angora goat, cattle and merino sheep goat farm situated in the Henderson Valley, near Cathcart in the Eastern Cape. The farm provides accommodation and a variety of outdoor adventures, including 4×4 trails.

Elandsheuwel Guest Farm is a working Merino sheep and Angora goat farm, near the Karoo town of Steytlerville. They offer a variety of accommodation, and activities such as 4×4, quad bike and mountain bike trails.

- B&B at Homestead – full board accommodation is offered in a separate wing of the farm’s homestead, consisting of two well appointed double rooms and bathroom, and private patio overlooking the garden.
- Self Catering Cottage – rustic, restored farm cottage situated close to the mountains.
- Bush Camp – three camp sites, utterly remote from the sights and sounds of civilisation, each with stone-built braai place, a power point, water and light, as well as an ablution block with toilet, shower, hand basin and sink.
